Summer Strong Series with Coach Sophia

A 7 week program designed to help you develop strength, endurance, and flexibility while putting your metabolism to work.


Training will include high intensity intervals, body-weight exercises, basic gymnastic concepts, and some other fun surprises. The workouts will be challenging yet appropriate for all fitness levels.

Program Dates: June 18th – August 2nd

13 Outdoor Sessions (Mondays and Thursdays) 

Choose your timeslot:  6:00PM - 6:55PM or 7:00PM - 7:55PM
