Fitness was always something I knew was important, but after signing up for my first Spartan Race in 2016 I was hooked. Many races later I had developed a passion, not only for the sport and pushing myself to the limit, but helping others reach above and beyond what they thought was possible. Whether it be a Spartan Race or just developing healthy exercise habits, I can't wait to work with you and help you reach all your fitness goals!

Growing up and competing as a high-level gymnast helped me develop a skill-set and appreciation for the movement capabilities of the human body. I have taken those skills along with my experience coaching parkour and used them to help others tackle their fitness goals. Having competed on American Ninja Warrior and Netflix’s Ultimate Beastmaster, I know that fitness is about developing physical and mental strength. Whether it’s losing weight, taking on an obstacle course race, or learning a handstand, I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your absolute best.

I had several health issues arise from out of nowhere. I decided to take my health into my own hands and shift from a passive to a physically active lifestyle. Since making this change my health has improved dramatically, as has my mind/body relationship. Because of this experience I chose to follow my passion and become a Personal Trainer so that I could help others become their physical best.
