"P-FIT SPECIAL" BENEFIT WORKOUTS

Our "P-FIT Special" charity sessions put the "Philanthro" in PhilanthroFIT. These are one-off group training sessions in which 100% of the profits are donated to our partner charities.

Our next “P-FIT Special” workout will benefit the Veg Student Alliance on Saturday, May 22nd at 10AM in Central Park.

A physically-distanced* benefit workout to support Veg Student Alliance.

Modified for all levels, the workout will combine bodyweight exercises, intervals, and some other fun surprises.



"GET FIT. GIVE BACK.”

*Masks encouraged, although you should take “mask breaks” as needed.

Details:

  • WHAT: A live, bodyweight-based workout focusing on mobility, strength, flexibility, and fun. All fitness levels are welcome.

  • WHEN: Saturday, May 22nd (Raindate: Sunday, May 23rd)

    • 10:00AM - ~11:30AM

  • WHY: To support a wonderful organization that creates interactive, youth-centered learning experiences that equip middle and high school students with the skills needed to take initiative on behalf of climate change, the environment, animals, human health, and worker rights.
