Small Group Sessions: TRX
TRX METABOLIC CIRCUIT TRAINING (4 PERSON MAXIMUM)
A perfect class whether you are new to TRX or a seasoned veteran. The 4 to 1 participant to instructor ratio ensures beginners a great opportunity to learn about TRX Suspension Training, and experienced users can master more advanced challenges. Each class will include 3-5 circuits covering the entire body, with added “cardio blasts” in between rounds to really get your heart rate going. Additional equipment will be integrated into circuits to maximize your energy expenditure.
- WHEN: Mondays – 7:00PM to 8:00PM
- WHERE: Equilibrium Physical Therapy, 261 East 78th Street (between 2nd and 3rd Avenues)
